Private Yoga and Meditation - Single Session
Private yoga sessions are a wonderful way to deepen and refine your practice, and are incredibly supportive for people who are coming back from an injury or illness, or dealing with trauma and anxiety.
I will work with you 1:1 to create sessions that are catered precisely to your needs. My sessions are offered in-person in my private studio space on Queen Anne in Seattle. Sessions are 60 minutes long.
Sessions may include:
Hatha, slow flow, restorative or yin yoga
Mindfulness meditation
Yoga nidra meditation
Essential oils
Gentle touch
Yoga mats and studio props are provided.
You’ll need:
Water bottle
Warm layers
Eye mask (optional)
