This 90-minute workshop is designed to help students manage anxiety and move stagnant energy lodged in the root chakra.
Students will move through a practice that begins with yin and restorative poses, moves through a vinyasa flow and ends with final restorative poses and an extended savasana.
We will incorporate journaling into the practice as well, with prompted questions to reflect on and write about before, during and after we practice.
